Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will send a courier to collect the unit and a full refund including your courier fee will be refunded to you.

Damages
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, effective from the date of receiving the order, less the shipping cost, no exceptions.
We will collect the unit from you at our cost. Within a 30 day period you will be required to email info@ponyo.co.za with details of what happened as well as your purchase order number.
One of these two options will be given to the customer:
1) A refund of the product purchased.
2) A credit to the value of the product via our website.
Any additional courier fees will not be covered by PONY-O SA.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
